No. 50 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Our company, founded in 1958, is located in the Putuo district of ShangHai with 32mu integrated experimental and training site in Sheshan mountain in suburb of ShangHai. Its technical staffs count for more than 70% of all 800 employees.

The institute lays a strong emphasis on the development of the communication techniques, meanwhile keep development of microwave and detection technology as well. From the early year of 1980s, the Institute begins the research of military detection technology on the base of military detector. It is only designated unit of the detection technology research, which is named by the committee of the national defense science and technology. Our institute developed the multiple detection equipment, and these products have been equipped the army or have been exported.
